I like the merchandise. The people were courteous and
helpful. I ordered rather late for Christmas delivery, but they sent as much of my order as they could. Andy, the person who worked with me, was very helpful and I am happy to have found this site. I do a great deal of on-line ordering now and have found that even if the product is wonderful, if you can't deal with the merchant, it isn't worth the effort. This company treated me right and I will continue to do business with them.

I do a lot of shopping online and this merchant is the best at communicating with its customers that I have ever encountered. When there was a problem with my credit card clearance (I had given the wrong expiration date), they went way beyond good customer service to assist me in determining what the problem was that was causing the credit clearance denial. Shipping was fast and the product was excellent. I would recommend this merchant to friends and family and that is the highest praise I can think of. |

By the time I got the shipping notification, the stamp was
HERE! I hoped it would be here for Christmas but I kind of
doubted it. But it's 8 days BEFORE Christmas and here it
is. Also, they offer gift wrap (red w/ white polka dots) for NO CHARGE. This was for my brother. Good Characters
included the business card of the artist, so when I have stamps made for the other members of my brother's family I can hopefully request the same artist.
